You're probably deficient in multiple things like magnesium like 80% of the country is. Don't buy vitamins and supplements that contain titanium oxide. That shit is toxic and causes neurological problems like aluminum. They claim its for color.
I take magnesium regularly (religiously) as a prophylactic against kidneystones. (Kidneystones typically are crystallizations of calcium oxalate. Magnesium has similar but stronger chemistry than calcium, so the oxalate ion prefers to form magnesium oxalate, which is soluble and passes out with urine.)
So far as I know, I don't take anything with titanium dioxide. It is a white pigment, whiter than zinc oxide.
Last time I was at the store every single magnesium had titanium dioxide in it, granted that was only like 4 different brands. A lot of foods have it in it as well, especially cheaper store brand foods. They claim it's for "color". Your supplements should list all ingredients. Just make sure you check for that crap in literally everything. I've found it in all kinds of foods and in a lot of vitamins and supplements. As I'm sure you're aware there isn't a single regulatory agency that's looking out for our health so companies get away with poisoning us.
I checked my magnesium. No titanium dioxide. (brand is "Nature Made," magnesium glycinate). Titanium dioxide is used as an exceedingly white pigment, replacing zinc oxide in paints at least 40 years ago. Stupid pharmacology; zinc oxide was just fine and would have had no bad health effect (we also need zinc).
The capture of the regulators by the regulated began with the railroads vs. the Interstate Commerce Commission. At times (and for other reasons as well), I think that corporations should, by law, be denied the status of "person" for political representation purposes. Corporate lobbying would be outlawed. Only voting citizens would have "standing" to speak with their representatives. This would not prevent a business owner speaking to a representative, in his own right as a citizen. (Just as a toss-off, now that I am under steam, I don't see anything wrong in requiring a Representative or Senator from opening their bank accounts to government auditors during their entire duration of office. They have nothing to fear if they have nothing to hide.)
I had Covid over 4 months ago. No "vaccine." Still afflicted with chronic dizziness and sleep deficit.
Ivermectin

Cool story, anonymous Internet-bro.
(spoiler alert for everyone else: the injections did it).
