I have been drawing attention to the fact of Dennis Montgomery's (now Mike Lindell's 90% owned) 32 terabytes of 2020 Election PCAP data collected from 03 to 06 November 2020 that contains a blue dye electronic marker that Mary Fanning states Montgomery had inserted in the copy of the Scorecard software source code, surrendered on 19 August 2015 to the FBI (along with the Hammer software source code) in exchange for immunity (granted after review of the 47 hard drives surrendered to the government) to testify about massive government spying in the U.S. on American citizens and government officials across the nation. Mary Fanning also states the FBI allegedly turned these copies of Hammer and Scorecard over to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community.
Setting aside the fact that the FBI has "got some splainin to do" about the blue dye electronic marker in Lindell's PCAP data, a significant portion of which is claimed to originate from servers located in China, Fanning also makes the following statement:

During the Cyber Symposium on 10, 11 and 12 August of 2021, Lindell showed extrapolations of the flipped vote counts in every state in the nation, to include Alaska and Hawaii. That's a lot of real estate to have collected the data from not to mention islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
The question becomes, what is Mary Fanning exactly saying when she talks about "the transfer point." I don't know much on this subject, but I know she can not be talking about one transfer point. Below are a couple of links to a map showing where international submarine fiber optic cables make landfall on the continental U.S. coastline and a link that provides some data on major U.S. internet exchange points. Provided just to get a sense of the number and scope of the kind of access one would have to have at the major choke and exchange points to cover all the bases to get all the data from all the states to be able to make those "extrapolated" flipped vote counts in every state presented at Lindell's Cyber Symposium in 2021.
By Lindell's account, he acquired the data on 09 January 2021 and the data was double and triple validated before presentation at the August 2021 Cyber Symposium. Got no problem with the time line, its getting 32 terabytes of data into one egg basket (Dennis Montgomery's egg basket) that I am having trouble getting my head around.

As an aside, to keep the record and the timeline straight, it has been represented in court documentation (Konnech v True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips) that:

Just to keep this a two-body and not a three-body problem, lets just assume that all satellite broadcast / received data had to be routed through major terrestrial internet exchange points (transfer points) at some point in the process and therefore susceptible to collection without having to directly intercept the satellite communications.
Some of the submarine fiber optic cable landfall locations and potentially all of the major U.S. internet exchange points appear to be the top level at which access would have been required to collect the 32 terabytes of PCAP data and not all of which, Lindell has stated, originated from an overseas location. Some of it is domestic only point-to-point collected data.
I hope I have clearly laid out what appears to have been required to collect the massive amount of data claimed and the large-scale access operation required to accomplish the task.
So, the general narrative so far is, Dennis Montgomery collected all the internet based election manipulation with Hammer and Scorecard (I'm sure there are more collection and analytic tools required, but lets just stick to the narrative parameters we have been given so far) of the 2020 election.
Further and we can deduce, since Dennis Montgomery is a software engineer, is 69 years old and not in the best of health, he is not the guy who is going to go out and hands-on facilitate access (clandestinely or covertly) to a select set of international communications submarine fiber optic cable heads and the bulk of the major U.S. internet exchange points, and then also facilitate routing of all the captured target communications data from the collection points to where ever his collection monitoring and analysis facility is located.
There is a lot of planning, logistics, coordination, equipment, man hours and lot of bandwidth required in this operation. If the collection at the transfer points was not accomplished either clandestinely or covertly, under what authorities was it accomplished openly. More importantly, does Dennis Montgomery have the juice to order it done? As a private citizen I do not think Montgomery can have pulled this off without a lot of help, and a lot of that help would have had to be "inside" help of one form or another. Access to the facilities housing the transfer points is restricted and access to equipment itself is secured in those facilities (electronic locks on the doors, cameras, and locked cages within the equipment spaces.
Now, back to the point of this post.
Let's try walking back the cat on the 2016 election.

What if Putin and Xi simply facilitated blocking outgoing fiber optic and satellite links to disrupt election manipulation from those countries during election day and the two days after when the bulk of internet based manipulation would have occurred?
Without much sauce, lets toss Modi (india) in there based on the Trump trip to India and their relationship. That would have left only whatever domestic internet based manipulation could have been pulled off, and that was manageable due to the high MAGA turnout on election day.

In 2016 Putin and XI (and possible Modi) did not interfere in our elections or collude with the Trump campaign, but there were some unscheduled switch maintenance and brown outs at international transfer points.
And Hillary lost the election.
Knowing the best places to temporarily block the outgoing lines of communications from Russia, China and India, in real time (detection of the start of manipulation and informing the right party what communication links and or channels to shut down on the other end) would be right in line with Dennis Montgomery's area of expertise.

It appears to me that Ukraine may hold the key to the gain-of-function development of SARS-CoV2. Also, you mentioned Trump having perhaps a back channel to Putin. I too believe this to be plausible, but Trump may have had another back channel in regards to coordination and implementation of Operation Warp Speed.
Not to many people know that President Putin also enacted his own version of an Operation Warp Speed in Russia. In fact he did so 2 months before Trump did and it was much more successful. The reason it worked so well in Russia is because there isn't a well-entrenched Fake News media to run interference and also there isn't nearly the same level of Deep State as there as in the US. The effect of Warp Speed is that it short-circuited the sequence and timing of the planned lock-downs. The lock-downs were the key to success for the Cabal's plandemic agenda. Both Trump and Putin announced an EAU authorizing a vaxxine treatment for the SARS-CoV2 pandemic. In Russia it was the Sputnik vaxxine. Compared to the Pfizer and Moderna jab, we haven't heard about any adverse reactions to the widely distributed Sputnik jab. The reason for this is I believe it was a more traditional vaccine and it didn't harm the vast majority who received it. It was banned in both Europe and the unauthorized in the US and many western countries. Other countries who approve its use were pressured heavily from authorizing it. Many backed down.
The Cabal's plan was for the lock-downs to occur worldwide and the death toll from the lock-downs alone was to exceed 1.25 billion deaths. In 2025, when the world's population would by then be desperate, they would then submit to anything so that their lives would somehow return to normal. As a precondition for this to occur, they would be required by mandatory vax☠xination. This is when the mRNA gene therapy injectoid would be rolled out. Another round of hundreds of millions of people would die as a result of the adverse effects from this toxin.
Fortunately, none of this came to pass as planned. It was because Trump and Putin's counter plan for using an emergency medical order to roll out treatment that short-circuit their plan. Recall that even prior to the EAU, Trump authorized through EO that alternative treatments could be used. This was intended to bring HCQ, Ivermectin, CDS, and other treatments to be used in the pandemic. However, the Deep State quashed this avenue that Trump gave us.
As it tuned out the sporadic lock-downs that did occur killed some 38 million people worldwide. The Cabal knew the lock-downs would be a far greater killer than the clot shot itself. I believe the nearly identical emergency medical orders that Trump and Putin imposed wasn't a coincidence. There are no coincidences in politics. Based on your comments cannot recommend your watching 'The Magnitsky Act: Behind the scenes' as soon as possible. It will greatly enhance your knowledge base of political events in Russia, the U.S. and the EU prior to the 2016 election and will definitely alter your perception of 2016 and beyond.
I agree that the Fake News in Russia is not as entrenched as it is in the U.S., but it is still very much active and every bit as deadly.
I'm familiar with the The Magnitsky Act and from it, and other sources, have a reasonable feel for the dynamics of politics in Russia. Albeit, no one really knows for sure unless they are personally confronting it on a daily basis. Even then, there are different degrees of compartmentalization, to which Russia bleeds their version of it.
In my view, the only reason why Putin is in charge is because no one else can be trusted. Medvedev proved this and Putin nearly paid for it. Indeed, there is a deep state in Russia and it is more subtle and clandestine than the American version. And I agree it is every bit as deadly. It will only act in a very calculated way to which exposure is mitigated. This is an indication of its limits and certainly doesn't suggest a position of strength. President Putin is acutely aware of this and gets rid of suspected 'disloyal' members whenever they are found.
