I think it's more buried than even that- I think the school systems take money from the fed and that comes with strings. The strings include curriculum mandates, title IX, crt, vaccine schedules etc.
Schools that don't take that money are excluded from programs and subsidies like school lunch money

Public schools get their Federal funding based on the number of kids enrolled. Less kids, less money. Parents need to send a strong signal they will pull their kids out if their state adopts the Covid vaccine advice. A letter stating that is the case or staging a sick out, something that shows how much enrollment will drop and how much Federal funding will be lost.
We should be home schooling anyway- the government school system was designed openly to replace family and church with government and state, to prepare compliant obedient employees ready for the "inevitable" consolidation with communism. Yes, from the very creation of the system by Humanists.
Make cooperative associations and group school, home school with your family and other families, put in the time and do the work and take control over your kids' education, because it's about more than their minds, it's about their SOULS.
At this point those who wish to sacrifice their children should not be charging the rest of us for the privilege. Their miseducation, over medication, abuse by pedos and bullies, indoctrination, dysfunction, instilled learning disabilities, etc all have real world costs. We have to stop funding the destruction.
I agree. Even private schools blindly comply with state regulations. I toured a private Christian school a couple years ago and everyone was masked up, I left feeling profoundly sad.
I think individual states did - the states pass state laws that say school districts will follow CDC guidance on vaccinations.

States love this shit,they just follow the cdc,and they don't have to make any decisions or have any responsibility.
This issue will force a lot of change,real fast. People are waking up,to the vax at least in conservative states.
