Canadians who took the shots originally are done...
F*CK TRUDEAU
Good sign that people are done listening to the Turd. He can't bring back mandates and restriction of travel with such a high percentage of the population saying no to boosters. If he got his 80-90% compliance on boosters, he would crack down on refusers again this winter. But most Canadians are giving his proposals the middle finger.

The only movement I'm seeing are the people that were "semi-awake" (they weren't discounting anything, just no real knowledge). I'm seeing those people waking up, reading and asking more questions. Other than that, the truly asleep, seem to be stuck there no matter the evidence. It's going to take something really big to shake them up....they are stuck.
That's the frustrating part - those conditioned to blindly trust "authoritative sources" will ignore everything you say unless it directly comes from said "authoritative sources"
It's sadly true. Many people won't believe it until the 'man in the nice suit on TV' says so. And their idea of an 'authoritative source' is the CBC, a state broadcaster. It is truly maddening.
It's maddening, isn't it?
And for many it isn't about their conditioning to respect authority, but their conditioning to not trust outrageous claims from the autistic guy next door that is obviously a malcontent who's most animated when huffily floating grievance after grievance that reveals more about their own personal hangups and bigotry than any thoughtful ideals they might have to commune over. Many of these people that we desperately need to agree with us are put off by our approach. Often these are the people that will give credibility to someone, anyone other than the malcontent. It can look like just the latest angry madness from the black sheep. Many of us here have admitted proudly to being the black sheep of the family. Many here have had issues with drugs and mental illness. Just because I have solid and important intel doesn't erase the fact that when they hear me talking, they consider the source and find it lacking.
Even those of us that are not "outcasts" are not heeded. I have always been an active researcher. I have always had an extremely inquisitive mind and have always had to know how stuff works and what everything is. Fortunately, when I started researching pandemic response protocols at the very beginning, I accessed the NIH and CDC published protocols and sent them out to my friends and family. The very fact that government did the exact opposite on almost every step helped save my entire family and most of my friends. My argument was to point out that the protocols have been in place for decades from numerous previous pandemics and scares. Unfortunately, some of my outer circle of friends couldn't be bothered to read what I sent them and watched the news instead. You can't reach everyone, you simply do the best you can to get them to look into it themselves. The ones you reach have to give you enough joy to balance out the ones you lose.
I personally am not reading too much into this. The only reason many of those now refusing to be jabbed with boosters is not because they wanted it in the first place - they were mandated. I do not think they are refusing because they suddenly see the light. It is because the mandates and vax passes have been lifted for a large swath of the population. The mandates are still in force for health care. Reinstitute the authoritative measures and the majority will line up again just to keep a job, go to school, travel, go out to eat, whatever.
I hate to think that another round of that bull shit would happen, but it does make one wonder. All I know is 95% of the people in my life that were a massively asleep 6 years ago are still asleep and in some ways digging in their heels even more. However, 90% that were Patriots with somewhat open minds are now in massive WTF mode and asking questions (and a couple of them got the initial jab and are now pissed). Time will tell I guess.
Yup 100% my experience too.
