The USA is unique as to how it is set up and run and our constitution that backs all of us up. If you want to have a nation, you need a "government" or a leader. USA is set up so that there are many checks and balances between the elected Federal Government, elected State government and we the people. Our government has specific jobs and duties they are supposed to be doing beyond anything else they come up with to do. THE current government is undermining everything it is elected to do. Keep our nation's Sovereignty protected is a big one and it is failing that big time atm. Nations need a head because, Nations need to interact with other Nations and Need a national military to keep other nations from overrunning the place and taking over. Trade with other Nations is another reason to have a government. Government's that are too large (who bi pass the checks n balances to get what they want) or too small (dictator) end up screwing everyone in that nation over. IMO.
The purpose of Govt is to protect the rights and property of the people. It should do that and no more. The idea that this protection isn’t needed or that everyone should protect themselves would ignore human nature since the beginning of history.

Second. No one said anything about not having any groupings. No one is talking about throwing "strength in numbers" out the window. This is about Jurisdiction. Any laws, that in any way whatsoever infringe on the Inalienable Rights of the individual are perpetrating the same fraud. The idea that "the group" (no matter what group that is) should have Rights above the individual is the Jurisdictional Fraud I am talking about.
Take for example the end of the fifth amendment:
nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
This is the concept of "eminent domain." It says "the desires of the many" (where really they mean the Rulers of the many) outweigh the "Rights of the Individual."
That is exactly the same fraud. This is nothing but Thugery. Any government that claims that the individuals Inalienable Rights are less important than the government in any way is committing this fraud that has been passed on, from Generation to Generation of Cabal Leadership from the "beginning of history."
The only thing that a government or leader should be for is enforcing an agreed upon document/constitution of the terms of individual sovereignty.

I don't necessary agree with "common descent." Also, the definition of "territory" is very important and not well understood in the legal sense. It is "territory" (AKA Jurisdiction AKA the area over which a Sovereign's Word (diction) is Law (Juris)) where all the fuckery happens. That doesn't mean territory has to be defined that way, but it is how it is defined. It is that definition that is fundamental to the fraud.
Nevertheless, without getting too strict with some of the words, I agree with your definition. Notice that no where in there is there a requirement for a Ruler as demanded through abuse of the legal conceptualization of Territory.
