Holy shit I think I just stumbled on a clear indicator of tracking/shadow banning.

I tried to go to Ryan Saaverdra's account, and immediately got the box, forcing you to sign up. No x to pass.

For Katie Hobbs however, no block. I could scroll through entire account.

They are straight up blocking public access to divisive folks, folks they don't like, forcing you to be tracked by signing up to see what they say. But its somebody on their side, feel free to scroll on through!
