20yrs later we're still taking our shoes off. Just sayin...
All the more reason to go on a big fat road trip [if you can afford it] with loved ones and the pups. Some of the nicest people we've ever met were at campgrounds, and some of the rudest were on planes.
No more air travel for me. But not just masking; most pilots have been jabbed and are now on the hook for "suddenly" going lights out.
Funny I was working on booking a trip Thanksgiving 2023. I guess flying is not an option, don't want to buy tickets and have them change the rules. My family will not be flying with a mask.
We need to sue the federal government on first amendment grounds that masks violate our first amendment right to freedom of association.
Wasn't planning on flying again, so SCOTUS ruling clinches my decision. Trains and automobiles for me - at least until we're all stranded in our EVs.
But the pandemic is "over" now so no need to bring it back, right?
The left will always create another emergency. If they have their way, it will just be emergency after emergency so they can "justify" their tyranny.
Are they actually surprised at this point?
I'm still boycotting flying from when the patriot act was signed into law, so I'm not going to be much help
And, by the same token, Americans CAN boycott the airline industry.
This headline is misleading. The Supreme Court did not rule on this petition of certiorari. A decision to deny certiorari does not necessarily imply that the higher court agrees with the lower court's ruling; instead, it simply means that fewer than four justices determined that the circumstances of the decision of the lower court warrant a review by the Supreme Court.
Interesting feedback there. I believe the lower court said masks can not be mandated on planes. If the Supreme Court didn't make a ruling, wouldn't that mean the lower court ruling stands?
