Any US citizen can be elected speaker what is GEOTUS is announcing in a week once the votes are confirmed that he will throw his hat on the ring to be speaker.
Then if the president and veep are removed for say treason he finishes their terms little less than two years and can run again in 24 even without debating 2020 results

Him back in the Presidency would make it much much easier to reveal all the cheating in 2020 and bring those responsible to justice. A DOJ under Trump could do a lot of damage to the cheaters, and also do a lot to remove corrupt Congress critters and judges.
I don't think you would see near as many TDS victims pissing and moaning about him fixing the crooks with a cell, or a noose.
We have to get the majority first. Regardless of what he has said in the past, if it's a viable pathway, I think he will take it.
