They might be on social media sites trying to gauge our reactions (to what we're seeing) before they decide on a final plan.

Watching and participating. They glow when they repeatedly ask what are you going to do about it. They need a manifesto. Anyone is one pin prick away from waking up in a book repository wondering why all the blue light are flashing outside.
