Surprised they didn’t use every tactic possible to keep him from winning in 2016, but he still won. Knowing how things are now, I’m amazed he made it.

I think they probably did, they were just so arrogant and so convinced she would win (remember the magazine cover?) they didn't cheat ENOUGH. That's mo.
I suspect that Russia may have been involved, in preventing the cheating that was supposed to occur, and caught them off guard. This has been a gut feeling for a long time, and possibly the reason Hillary pushed so hard with Russian collusion narrative. It also plays nicely with the whole “Ball’s in your court” gesture.

They never thought and she never thought she’d lose. I’m pretty sure white hats approached Trump and told him they knew how they cheated and had a way around it. Maybe blocked it just enough.
I think the White Hats intervened and stopped the Vote Adjudication being done in foreign countries over the internet.

This is why the Deep State Democrats were so fucking angry. That we dared to interfere with their cheating.
They decided to blame it on Russia. That Russians, not American Patriots stopped their cheating.
Maybe they were so used to cheating and getting away with it that they didn't account for votes out of the ordinary (someone so much more popular than the other candidate).
I think so much more of our country was/is voting conservative - President Trump probably swept the country in 2020 but all the cheating showed that he only got around 73 million votes; I think he got much much more.
They still cheated back in 2016 with dead-voter rolls and such, but things like mass mail-in voting and mules were not a thing yet, so even though they saw Trump winning and gaining numbers there was really nothing they could do to preempt it or stop it. They were literally so shocked that that they couldn't do anything.
Also, the White Hats made sure the voting machines worked normally and didn't aid in the cheating. There was still cheating, sure, but nowhere near the extent that they needed to win.
