Machine algorithms and the programmed in fractional percentage ratio setting. Ex: for one vote candidate X receives their fractional vote = 1.25%. For one vote candidate Y receives the fractional vote = .75%. That's why we always see fractional vote totals beside the candidates during the ballot counting process!

The fact the tabulators have a numerical type other than ‘integer’ means they are programmed to cheat. When one counts whole numbers you do by integers not with decimals.

Tbh I've been so wrapped up looking into Michigan, Arizona and Colorado I've neglected to really look deeper into CA yet. It doesn't seem anything majorly noteworthy other than what you'd typically expect to happen during a California election. But don't take me at my word, have been to focused on other states lol
