A bit of encouragement fren: As a healthcare worker, you have a duty to advocate for patient safety. So if your nursing complaint involves a patient's safety, you are obliged morally and ethically to report it. If you are licensed or certified, your license or certification mandates it.

Secondly, don't come here and post demands like that, repeatedly. Pick up the phone and call the board of nursing, or do some research on the BON website. We are not your parents.

I dont think its possible to do it anonymously.

The Georgia Composite Medical Board website says,

The Board does accept an anonymous complaint. However, there must be sufficient evidence, absent the identity of the complainant, for the Board to determine whether a sanction may be warranted.

And then they provide a link to fill out a complaint form.
