First, this is a UCC-1 filing, called a financing statement. Basically, a public notification of a credit interest, meaning, the guy Paul Michael Walters and Paragorn Diamonds LLC claim that these two debtors, Fauci and deSantis owe him money.
It may or may not be false. The filing in and of itself means nothing. Every Jill, Dick & Harry can file anything they want.
False claims however .... $25 million a pop, depending on the circumstances. See title 15 USC.
There is therefor a viable reason why it can no longer be found.
To the contents of the filing: note that an individual AND allegedly a corporation claim a credit interest on Anthony Fauci and Ron deSantis
Looking at the addresses of both claimants, these are practically the same.
The filing does not mean that Fauci and deSantis are in bed together business wise. It means someone lumped the together. Someone who does not know shit.
