It's weird that Masters was running for Senator, but HE got nearly 500,000 fewer votes than the Republican State Mine Inspector, and roughly 200,000 fewer votes than the Republican Treasurer.
I guess Democrats in Arizona all voted for Senator, Secretary of State and Governor as being important positions... but Republicans skipped over those on the ballots?
Please pass this around. The Mine Inspector (unoppsed) gets 400k more votes than Kari Lake. The R Treasurer (not unopposed) gets 100k more votes than Kari Lake. The D Treasurer gets 190k less votes than D Hobbs. So people went in and voted for the R Treasurer but not the R Governor. People went in and voted for the D Governor and the R Treasurer. Yea, make perfect sense.
Ignore the mine inspector. He ran basically unopposed to a write in candidate. Uninformed voters just voted for the only name so his vote number should be very high
So there were people who left their warm homes and stood out in the cold for hours to pass their votes for the Republican treasurer and the state mine inspector. Seems legit, these are very important offices, who cares about the governor or the senator anyway, but at least they got that all important state mine inspector.
Vote totals by race, (party) winner in parenthesis:
2,515,100 - Governor — 60k more than treasurer, 40k more than senator! (D)
2,478,372 - SoS (D)
2,475,226 - Senator (D)
2,466,241 - AG (D)
2,460,650 - Superintendent of Public Instruction (R)
2,454,904 - Treasurer (R)
1,659,570 - Mine Inspector - unopposed (R)
Seems like those democrats really cared enough to turn out in big numbers for four particular positions, but then just didn’t fill out their ballots for treasurer, public instruction or mine inspector.
Not from Arizona, so I'll have to defer to the Arizona pedes: They're also claiming that 80% of the state voted early or by mail-in ballot for the Governor's race. Does that seem reasonable?
Good call, looks like the primary for the Dems is the same, but there is a small change in Republicans voting style. Not really enough to seem like a big problem though. I suppose it could also mean the Dems cheated in the primaries too.
It’s pretty obvious …

No, it's called CHEATING (and they were, again, sloppy about it because they didn't/don't believe there'll be any repurcussions).

Arizonans feel very strongly about our state mine inspector and treasurer
Didn't the mine inspector run unopposed?
Yeah i checked. His opponent was a write in. Uninformed voters wouldn't know to do that.

Good piece of evidence! Sound deduction!
I know the Mine Inspector. Good man. But some may have voted for him just because he was unopposed.
Do you vote for Democrats when they run unopposed? I don't!
Independents
Good point...
It’s been stolen. Period.

Is that what happened in the primary? People typically won’t change their behavior within a few months.
