Never in their offices and always demanding pay raises is apparently all they do. Oh and forgot, they also constantly do photo ops. I personal caught one principle shopping during work hours.

Don’t even get me started on my kids school district. Put it this way, 10+ years ago when my daughter was in 3rd grade her teacher retired making 120k with a 90% pension.
At one point we had three interim superintendents all making about 300k each.
And yet they continue to occasionally go on strike for even more. And this is with half the school year off given all the 2 week long holidays/summer/half days. It’s ridiculous.
What state is that? Teachers here in NC were only getting a tiny fraction of that amount. It sounds like that teacher was making three times what teachers here were getting.
Makes fun of educators. Can’t spel.
Got me there, though it was more of an word jumble, than a misspelling.

good find
Principles are good - principals not so much.
oh crap misspelled it
Our previous superintendent was a dismal failure. The school board hired outside consultants to evaluate her. They determined she was lacking and needed improvement. What did the school board do? Tossed the evaluation in the trash and gave the superintendent a raise!
You're wrong. You can have good teachers without a good principal, but you can't have a good school without one.
But you're right that schools are overloaded with stupid overhead, and there are plenty of bad principals who cause more damage than anything else.
