Apparently the AZ counties refusing to certify is because of the improper certification of machines....
This could be big because 34 states using the same machines all might have skirted the proper certification process (in their own rules!)
This is great but as I recall the issue of certification came up in 2020 and somehow evaporated. Maybe I misremember. Or was it all part of a sting? All I want for Christmas is to see Katy Hobbs, Adrian Fontes, Paul Penzone, everyone in the county recorders office, and the whole Board of Supervisors for the last four years in jail.
Many certifications moved forward when it was against the laws in many respective States.
It is going to be a legal "pile up" in the near future. The hope of the "other side" is that they can run out the clock hoping that enough time passes that they can minimize any blowback.
In our case, I suppose Hobbs and Fontes had something to do with covering up. And similar gangs of crooks in other states. What a mess. We could all die of old age at the usual speed of litigation.
