They are saying they expect a decision on this case by Friday. Cross your fingers because if they decide to move forward with it all 344 defendants will be immediately removed from office and arrested.
Aren’t they just deciding if they will the case or not?
They have taken the case, they can draw it out as long a necessary to rule. It seems there are 380 defendants. The executive branch and all but about 100 Senate and Congress ( those that called for 10 days of review before certification). The case hits at the core of decades of abuse of oath and exposing citizens to the potential of a foreign power to overthrow our government. It simplistic and shows violation of the Constitution and Us Code. It has legs and it made it into the Supreme Court. They have never had a case with this much power in history…
We will see what happens, this one will be extremely hard to explain away if they rule against.

If these three non-attorney, homeschooled, Utah brothers take down the walls of Jericho (aka Washington DC), they will be heroes of mythic proportions. There are still a couple of questions I have that I wish I could ask Loy Bruson....
How might this case be affected by Ex Parte McCardle (1869), if applicable, or would the case take precedence and strip Congress of the power to pull a redo of 1869??
And might Bidan throwing the Railway Unions under the Bus, cause enough of a False Flag to have an Effect upon SCOTUS, so that they might get distracted??

For all the doomers, check out the interview posted below by Q_Knew. The Supreme Court WANTED this case. They guided the Brunson bros, on what to include in it. He said it would take him 2 weeks. They said, Can't you get it in earlier? Why do they want the case? In the interview Juan O Savin talks about the unique political situation the SC is in. They are under threat by Congress. I doubt we will get a decision on moving to hearings or not by friday of this week. But I am positive it will be by some Friday in the future.
