A kid who worked for me (this was a huge shock to my wife & I and MANY others) was arrested 9 months or so ago on similar charges (possession & distribution of underage porn). The initial statement was similar, "teenagers 14-15" (he was in mid 20's) and it was just "one incident" that caught him. That hurt. But then the truth came out, weeks / months later and it went way more, deeper & younger; I can't even put it in writing. It really rocked our world when we discovered the truth. These people have no idea how badly it injures the people close to them, the people that trusted them. We have to stop this shit, it's killing us as humans. So dark and demonic. Sorry for the rant.

Yup. I'm sure a lot of us here have been affected negatively by porn. It is one of the greatest tricks by the cabal to weaken our resolve.

One thing that helped me stop watching porn was of a guy on a forum talking about recording himself on camera while watching porn. Then he said, he saw demons around him laughing and smiling around him on the footage.

He was recommending everyone try this to see these demons surrounding you. People called BS, but he kept saying, see it for yourself. I never tried it, but goodness that is fucking freaky.

After that, NO THANKS. Anytime I get temptation, I always remember that post and it helps me to not view this disgusting, satanic material.

Don't know how he was caught, but it's very rare for an individual to receive nudes from someone who's underage, leading to their arrest. There's no one to report that 99 percent of the time

The girl would technically be guilty of sending child porn and you would be guilty of possession, if 17 is underage in your state. I think scenarios like that have played out before.

I don't disagree that this kind of example takes the focus off truly heinous CP cases, but this is the kind of thing that has made so many adults not even care about CP. Things that wouldn't have been accepted twenty or thirty years ago by mainstream America, like underage girls taking nude selfies, are seen as a normal rite of passage now by a large percentage of people, mostly because there's no longer a solid father figure in most homes. Now, when they hear the term CP, they just roll their eyes and think we're exaggerating and it's all just "sexual expression." In my opinion, ALL of this needs to be criminalized, ANY form of sexualizing ANYONE underage, period. If this guy is truly guilty, then he deserves to pay for the crime, and so should the parents of any girls involved. Enough is enough.

I went thru this with my oldest son and his now wife. They got caught by us and her parents trading nudes. They didn't believe us. So, us parents forced them to delete the pics anyway and then I called a cop friend of mine to come talk to them. My friend told them the same thing we did. Consenting sex between two teens over the age of 16 (age of consent) in FL is fine, but nude photos are considered child porn in this state.

It doesn't matter if both kids are of sexual consenting age. Get caught with nudes from any minor, even your boyfriend or girlfriend and you deal with the legal consequences.
