Too much repetition will turn this into a truism, and then into a nonsense phrase. This would apply to just about every event that occurs.
I would be happier if someone were to light the fuse. Then I would be assured that something is "coming."
It doesn't mean that at all. It's always going to be up to the judge, and they definitely don't all follow the same rule of law. Judges get overturned all the time. They get it wrong all the time and never get overturned. It's the luck of the draw.
I think if a judge has multiple rulings overturned as unconstitutional they should be removed from the bench. Early infractions need to come with a fine, personally paid by that judge. Maybe that would help their judgment. (Doubt it)
I agree. Despite the amazing Judges President Trump put into place our Judicial branch is a shitshow. There are still so many swamp creatures sitting the bench it's like playing Russian roulette. You just can't rely on any judicial judgements set when it comes to anyone on our side. If people don't understand we have a 2 tier judicial system by now I don't know what to say.
