This will sound like bighair Discovery/History channel ancient alien stuff, so keep it under your tinfoil hat....:).... but fact is, some of the earliest sanscrit writings describe a huge war between two different sides with two different 'takes' on a technology that was said to exist. One using it in a firey military way, and the other more medicinal, then shifting into the mental realm (manipulation/control).

Not sure what you're trying to say, but my point was that we the public have no idea what they have and what they are using now. I've personally seen minor but groundbreaking tech completely squelched for politics and money just on the periphery of evil. Cannot imagine what the truly deep evil has done.

I took the phrase 'weapon makers'....and the word 'complexes' and combined them as military industrial complex...... to create a verbal 'meme' about the theme (weapons makers having a 'god complex').....by using a quote from a scene in the movie Pulp Fiction, where the assassin has a god complex, and states the quote used in the meme......Samuel Jackson quoting the bible as he kills a mark...... ......and so................oh never mind. The best jokes die silent lonely deaths.
