Yes it does say that BUT we are still in Chapters 2 & 3 of Revelation UNLESS of course we have all been blind to Chapters 4 to 16
The link below is not the best description detailing what has happened in the Fertile Crescent, but it started back in 1991 when Saddam Hussein began draining the wetlands to drive out the arabs he hated. The sounds from the “Sounds of Hell” clips are from “Baron Blood” and, if you listen closely, loop themselves. The sounds, along with any story linked to it of Siberian hole digging to hell, has been proven to be debunked.

I saw a different video about this last week, and I noticed some of the commenters saying that the river drying up is a pretty regular occurrence. But I'm not sure what the truth is. The noises are pretty chilling, but they remind me of those "sounds from hell" videos that were big in the 90s. Art Bell used to play them all the time.
Whatever the case may be, it's pretty clear we're heading into the "big time."
I recall a teaching that when the Euphrates dries up it opens the way for the 8 million man army from the east to invade. It was thought that China was the one because with the years of 1 child policy they have more than enough men in their army.
The video starts in error one river flowed out of Eden and then divided Genesis 2:10 - if the bacis are wrong so is the rest!
