Why? Because whatever comes did come; so by definition nothing stopped it.
Everything that didn't come was able to be stopped or otherwise not exist.
Always, nothing can stop what is coming. Because what could be and is stopped doesn't come and so can't be "what is coming".
Note, this is just fun word play, since we know what Q meant by NCSWIC: Something (the "What" in NCSWIC) is going to occur in the FUTURE; and this is a certainty NOW.
