She may be confident but, as the election has now been certified, the judge could say that he has nothing to add. The experts have done their job and they have concluded that it is OK to certify.
Apparently in Arizona, the election has to be certified before an election lawsuit can be heard.

Yes, I understand that but it does mean that the court is being asked to second guess the certification process. I don't think it is beyond the realms of possibility that the judge might argue that as the due dilligence has already been carried out by experts appointed for the job then he cannot add anything to it.
They have done similar things previously. One case was raised prior to an election and the judge ruled that they would need to wait until after the election. In another instance, they waited until after the election only to be told they were too late!
From the evidence so far, I would say that the courts do not want to get involved in elections at all.
Can't file before certification as there are no damages. Can't file after certification because no relief can be granted.
