I hate to be the dick that points this out BUT … they had rank on their shoulder boards in their cold weather coats. ALSO … dude keeps saying “inauguration” … these clips were from Veterans Day wreath ceremonies. The cold weather coats are worn when its freezing temps. No rank on the sleeves for cold weather coats.

That was my first thought as well. It doesn’t make sense to focus so much on the ranks for it to be proven false so fast. The rest, I don’t know, but I stopped watching after that.

Their aides-de-camp, their CSM, and their enlisted aides are authorized to wear the CBO with the white scarf. (1) Uponreassignment,thegeneralofficerandtheirCSMorsergeantmajorwillretaintheovercoat.TheCBOwill be turned in upon expiration term of service. (2) The aides-de-camp and the enlisted aides must turn their CBO into the central issuing facility upon reassign- ment. b. Description. The material is polyester, wool, or a similar type of woven fabric. A white scarf is also authorized. c. How worn. The CBO with the white scarf is worn on formal ceremonial occasions. The CBO is appropriate for wear when cold weather conditions would reasonably preclude the wear of the ASU coat alone. It is recognized that certain ceremonies, which may take place during periods of cold weather, demand a level of formality and solemnity that cannot be achieved by wearing the standard black all-weather coat. Shoulder straps (shoulder boards with ranks) will be worn on all the CBO for general officers. The ASU coat will not be worn under the CBO. The CBO will have rear pleats and should be worn with the white scarf.
So is this worth sharing with my recently awakened brother or not? Is there a better one if these out there?

This video above makes some very similar points that Derek Johnson has made over the last few months regarding Uniform Code of Military Justice or military law which is different to constitutional law.
Trump received a full grade military and constitutionaly regulated inauguration ceremony including playing 'Hail to the Chief and a 21 gun salute (with five guns) on Jan 20th 2021.
Biden received a full grade military regulation funeral service including a procession to the tomb of the unknown soldier, and firing thirteen rounds with three guns. A three volley salute two guns for firing and one gun for misfires, is used for military funerals only. Thirteen rounds fires have three categories: 1.) Marine Generals and 2.) Rear Admiral. Joe bidden wasn't in the Navy, Marines or the Army.
The only other category where thirteen rounds are fired is 3.) Minister Resident. The definition of Minister Resident is a person who takes up temporary residence in a foreign territory. Hail to the Chief was not played for Joe biden instead Honours March One was played.
Regarding the uniforms, Derck Johnson says all of the uniforms around Biden on the 20th Jan 2021 were non regulation military uniform,meaning Hollywood could've done a better job that day. In the military uniforms are sacred because people have died wearing that uniform.
