Well, Killery defended a Rapist she Knew 100% solidly knew was giulty of raping a little 12 year old Girl, got him set free, then came back to the news some 20 years later, totally admitted everything on National Television, and laughed her ass off for it, and nobody batted an eye....
That story alone should've jumped into first place on ALL the Channels, local, State, National, International, Galactic, etc., but nope, aired once, and then deep Memory holed....
I've watched across these past four DECADES, many similar stories where some super Rich, Influential, Powerful asshole goes and Rapes or Kills or does something bad to someone else, and at best they get a slap on the wrist, but they never actually LOSE anything of any real Value, just a couple Million Doolards for the Victim or their Family, and that's it, nothing more, no loss of Rights, No Jail time, Maybe an Ankle Bracelet and 6 Months of House arrest, which they never actually do, because they're always out and about shopping, buying new cars, going to their businesses, eating at restaurants, etc....
It's a whole hell of a lot of just plain ol European Royalty Bullshit, where we get whipped in the public Square for spitting in a gutter, but they can publicly, stab someone to death with a fork, and will probably get awarded some Presidential Medal for some made up bullshit....
We must find a way to actually make them PAY, and pay as hard or harder than we do for the same crimes, I would prefer giving them Double Sentences for our One, and honest Fines, not some couple Million, but really put the screws to them, for like 80% of their Hard Assests, since they try to empty our entire life savings and try to push us into debt....
That whole Kevin Spacey thing was a spit in your face fuck you to anyone who thinks these people should get justice. I’m going to bring this up if I ever get another speeding ticket or seatbelt or some silly shit they do to wrestle another 200 bucks from the working few. Going to trial. Not gonna take it anymore.
It takes one hell of a lot to run a good defense in a courtroom, I barely got out of a solid case where I defended myself, but, in all honesty, it was the system that put the trial out past the one year mark, and so I called it slow and cumbersome, and all sorts of things to point out that it was not a Fair and Speedy trial at all....
Got off on a technicality, and had to push the judge for the Without Prejudice thing, or the state would be back in like an hour.....
Lots of things to consider, and the writing is horrendous, but try to keep it clean, short, and as simple as possible, and may the Odds be ever in your favor.....
I think the double standard exploits a shortcut in our psychology that tells us that whoever is breaking laws and getting away with it must be at the top of the hierarchy. Casual law breaking serves as proof that the person has real power over the police, judges, and other officials who have power over you. If you know the only reward you'll get for fighting for justice is a boot in your face, then you'll just have to shut up about it like everybody else.
IMO, we have not had a Justice system in America since they changed to to the NEW ""Criminal Justice System"", where the so called Justice is in fact Criminal in its nature...
