After looking for the known connect between the names John and Gordon Hinckley, I discover that there is a John who is a grandson of Gordon. However, as you attest, it appears, at least, that there is different John who is Jr.'s father.

The connects btwn they and the Bush fam also exist as you notice.

I had always assumed after finding the family connections, that the claim that John was Gordon's son was assumed also. i was wrong and thank you for the correction.

I discovered along the way, a key to how the families connect, or at least one of them through the Walker family.

It's interesting to see the spook name Barnes thrown into the mix.
