I just picked up one of those meat tenderizer tools. Costs about $15 and has 48 needles. I used it on London broils and it makes a world of a difference.
We're all poor again and you know what, democrats, thanks to you, there is not a fucking thing any one of us can do about it. If you get tired of this?? hahaha there is no way out for you either......Thanks.
Crock pot, lipton onion soup mix, cup or so of water.
Cook for 6 ish hours on low, remove fat, use liquid in pot for au jus, grab some fresh rolls from bakery or make some yourself.... voila, some super tender great tasting Sammy's.
Through some potatoes and carrots or ant veggies really in half way through and you have some veggies to go with it as well.
Low and slow is the key. I make chuck roasts fairly frequently and they are good if cooked at least 3-4 hours depending on the weight. It is a more stringy cut of beef, but flavorful.
I like cheap bone in cuts cooked long and low. Don't be ashamed, just learn to cook it and I think you'll say the same. Gravy. Don't forget the gravy.
Agree. Gravy is what makes most steaks better.
Steak Diane anyone?
I just put salt and pepper on them and then beat it ans stab it with a fork....its too roo bad but the fat drives me nuts
Cook it out in a crock pot and skim it off for....GRAVY.

Long and slow or super hot and fast (let it warm up to room temp for that). Then slice it thin at a steep angle across the grain.
That's why I Have a smoker. And the gravy ...aaahhh.

We bought beef tips for News Years Dinner. The butcher called it a poor man's filet mignon.

Another fantastic chuck recipe : https://belleofthekitchen.com/mississippi-pot-roast/
I put it in the slow cooker and make hubby French dip sammies for his lunches. It is really good.
....I heard he could suck a golf ball through a garden hose
.Fuck Joe Biden! He is a cocksucker.
I don't think so. He prefers his daughter.
Like his son Hunter who likely impregnated his dead brothers teenage daughter.
I like it.. cheap and fatty.. chewable if only slighty cooked and raw inside. Very nutritious.
