Is there any reason to suspect that the AZ SC isn't corrupt as well?? If not, can the appeal, after the AZ SC denies relief (on 'standing', again?) go direct to the US Supreme Court?
As in most places, the Arizona corruption is vertical: from the bottom to the top.
That is slanderous. The good people of Arizonia have always demanded top-down corruption!
(heh)
Folks do have standards, and quite a legacy!
I doubt scotus would take the case. But they can try.
It's the AZ SC. This isn't a scotus matter as voting is a states rights and responsibilities issue, it has nothing to do with the feds.
State elections are an exclusively state matter, albeit so long as valid federal law and the Constitution are not violated.
As for federal elections, the Constitution and federal statute is far more authoritative than you might think.
