There are many people who make T-shirts at home. Just need a computer, machine that cuts the PVC sheet and a heated press, makes it stick to the shirt.
I was looking in to a work from home option for a mentally challenged family member not long ago.
I have a friend who has a tee shirt store and she would drop them quick if the price was right. Takes nothing to make them on a computerized machine. Have them ready in an hour.
