The irony here, is that this is actually the opposite of Groundhog Day. For over 100 years the House has maintained a status quo process, void of serious statesmanship, debate and forced consensus building, in a continuous loop. I think people that actually went there had an Epiphany and realized that they should just let that place die off itself and they all went home.
