That is the docket. Any legal documents will be posted there. Sometimes there is a delay from reporting to filing, however.

That's what I heard on here. That they asked it to be edited and said the case was important to national security or something, I can't remember.
The fact that it was fast-tracked, and the court wanted more info on specifically this case, suggests it’s a foregone conclusion, no? This is clearly a case the court is very, very interested in.

Robert Barnes is a bit of showman but his analysis on why this case has no fucking chance is spot on. If you have hopes they will be dashed. Focus on other things. Speaker battle is more promising.
If SCOTUS fails it goes to the military to keep their oath. If they fail then it's our turn. I don't care what they decide because either way we win.
