I can concur regarding Oregano oil. Came down with something this past week and it turned into an inner ear infection, with swollen lymph nodes on sides mor my neck. Was not looking forward to taking an antibiotic, and a friend suggested I try Oregano oil. Two days of consuming 6 drops in a glass of water twice a day, along with mullien oil ear drops ( a combo of oregano, garlic, and mullien) into my ears and everything is improving greatly. I did some reading up on oregano and wow, it has a lot of data behind it. Good stuff. Helps more than just infections. Dr. Axe has a great article on benefits of oregano oil. Got both items on Amazon.

Thank you for this reminder , I used to be so faithful to all things natural , have gotten a bit lazy , time to go back to a simpler life ,, God I yearn to live in the woods ,,, I’m in San Diego and weather is great , commies not so much !
Just throwing this out there for those that care.... CBD is much more effective for pain relief if it is a full spectrum extract. Or if it contains the slightest amount of thc. Otherwise, in my profrssional opinion, it's just psychosomatically effective at pain relief. Cbd isolate may work for other applications, but for pain relief you need the full spectrum of cannabinoids.
This is what got me through after major surgery. Amazing stuff. There's a reason its illegal here, big pharma would die!
Most definitely. Do you know when we are embryos the second system to form after our central nervous system is the endicannabinoid system? And mothers milk produces endocannabinoids (non-related to cannabis) that stimulates that system? The endocannabinoid system is full of wonder.

Does anyone know of an easy-to-understand book that shows these remedies? I've found so many of the books out there to be difficult to follow. Thanks.
