OK, you meant to say "Declaration of Independence" not "Constitution".... Then what you first said makes more sense.
The distinction matters a lot, because if a right asserted by the DoI is infringed your recourse is very different than if a right asserted by the Constitution is infringed.

I get really mad at those patriots who hype this stuff for clicks. People buy in, and then their hopes are dashed. I ignored this completely and no longer jump on these incredible.solutions that are the next sure thing. They're not. Wait until there's some actual evidence of something before jumping on board.
