I’m all about banning (or ending) WEF partners.
I'm thinking it pushes people to electric, which can be shut off. (intermediate dependency vs. continual dependency)
A house without a wood stove + chimney is an exposure/liability.
“Keep your wood and your powder dry” my grandfather said!
Yeah, so they can just cut off the electricity and we won't have any chance of having hot water, stove or HVAC from other sources. If they did it during a heatwave or deep freeze, it would likely kill off a bunch of people.
True...I was thinking purely rural/old city (like those 120 GAL tanks) for some reason. I don't have any experience with it, but I'd imagine one could shift that set-up back to woodstove (or in the case of a gas insert fireplace) without too much trouble. You might be wise to look into it just for information's sake, print/write out steps so you'd have it if the need ever arose. Better to have and not need....
They can shut off gas but it is more problematic. As far as I know there are no gas smart meters so shutting down an individual home will need a visit. Switching things back on may also need supervision to ensure that no air has replaced the gas in the pipes because that could cause an explosion.
If the shut-off were to be permanent that would work but if you wanted to turn it back on then you could have issues. If air gets into the part of the system that no longer has access to the pressurised gas supply then if air and gas mix then conditions are right to produce an explosion.
When a home is destroyed because of a "gas explosion" it is not just caused by burning gas. It happens because the ratio of air and gas was just right for an explosion to occur.
Amen fren... Cheers...
Well they are all in one spot now. . . .
Eh, white hats? What are you waiting for ??
One can hope... Cheers fren...
