There was a lot of bad shit with mkultra but some of these stories are still hard to believe.

I've been on quite a few military bases and known A LOT of people who worked on all kinds of programs and the idea that there are this many dumbs and yet almost zero evidence is still a hard sell for me.

Additionally if they could split personalities and do all kinds of weird shit you would think they would be a lot more competent. I find it hard to believe these evil idiots could split the personality of a 3 toed sloth, much less a human. I hope I'm right...
