Legally NO. However, the rule of law and the Constitution was thrown out when Obama became president. The one thing here is that the Clinton democrats hate and destest Kamala Harris. Pelosi was one of them. This brings some interesting dynamics into play, especially that Pelosi is gone. I believe the Clinton democrats put a contract out to kill Harris so Pelosi would replace her. Harris was wise to it, especially after she was put in charge of the border shortly after Biden became president. The legacy news made a big issue of Harris refusing to go down to evaluate the border. She must of heard word of the setup and it was the reason why she refused to go down the border or travel to Mexico. She stayed very close to home in Washington DC.
Harris is wanting to take the same path Obama did. It'll be interesting to see how these dynamics work out.
The problem is when Obama was running for president or when he was president the Republicans AKA uni party didn't take him to court over him not being a natural born citizen.

Can someone explain this to me? From the research I’ve done, her father came from Jamaica and mother from India. Father became a citizen and Kameltoe was born in CA, making her a natural born citizen since father had citizenship and she was born in the US. That gives her the ability to take the presidency. What do I have wrong that makes her ineligible?

The problem I have with this theory about Biden being taken down by this is just who is going to do it? The media is covering this, but they won’t make a big deal out of it. Half of them are trying to spin it away. I guess I can see the media getting their orders to go hard after him, but I’ll believe it when I see it. I can’t see the DOJ going after him, though I have seen the theory that Garland is a sleeper for the white hats. House republicans can investigate and huff and puff but the Senate won’t care.
