He neens something with less stretch.... Think of it as sensitivity training.... He will have to learn to stretch in order to meet the requirements set by his fat ass fueled kinetic energy.

Why use "old fashioned" types of punishment. When we serve them with the "ELECTRIC CHAIR" it is something the left clamors for all the time--we should give it to them without hesitation. Using rope might hurt the eco-system.
