If you receive more than $50,000 in foreign financial assets, you are required to fill out an IRS form (Form 8938). By making monthly rent payments in the amount of $49,910 using foreign assets would prevent red flags over at IRS.

The form also says if the amount exceeds $75,000 for the year you must also fill out a Form 8938. The easy fix around that is ....not claim it on your taxes.

So, Joe Biden collected $600,000 in rent and never claimed it on his taxes for 6 years.

I am being generous, the tax rate on $600,000 would be aprox 25%. Most likely much higher depending on the tax bracket Joe is in.

$600,000 = taxes of $150,000 x 25% = $187,500

Fiirst Year 25% = $187,500 x 3% = $193,125

Second year 25% = 241, 406 x 3% = $248,648

Third year 25% = $310,810 x 3% = $320,124

Fourth year 25% = $400,155 x 3% = $412,159

Fifth year 25% = $515,199 x 3% = $530,645

Sixth year 25% = $663, 318 x 3% = $683.,217
