The next two who want the seat won't be able to take it if I understand the biblical prophecy from 2nd Esdras correctly.
Possibly looking at the Anti Christ rising up to take control (little horn with the eyes & mouth) when the 3 heads of that eagle wake up & take each other out. Luckily a young lion comes forth & forces those in control at the point to flee to the land of gentiles.
