Now I know why Russia made a beeline to take northern Kiev, Kharkiv, and Kherson in March of 2022 and then retreated from those areas. Looking at the map, there were at least 5 weaponized bio-labs located there. Russia most definitely have the goods out of these these bio-labs. And it appears the Russians obtained over 20,000 documents.

This is a culmination of 78 different studies, including multiple trials since 2019 involving Covid. Reading the article helps put this in perspective
