I slowed the video down .25 X and was able to stop it while the hand he uses to make the thumbs up is still down just above his waist. The face is just a little bit clearer but still slightly blurred.

Lighting does not help as his hair looks darker in the MyPillow 2.0 video, but Maxey did stated in the full Eric Bolling interview from April of 2022 that he had gone to Switzerland because he believed he was being surveilled (followed) and monitored by the Intel community. If (and that is big if) he dyed his hair to change his appearance that could account for the darker color. The hairline seems to match.

Reason I posted was to get more eyes on and maybe nail down if it is or if it is not Maxey.

For reasons I am still formulating I think the whole video is messaging, its about disguises, make up, and there has been messaging in the past like this that feature shots (no pun intended) of cameras with the lenses pointing at the viewer as if they were guns... this fits with President Trump calling out the press at rallies with commentary like this...

When Bannon was interviewing Lindell, Lindell commented that this was "a behind the scenes" look, and Bannon responded, "It's like a Hollywood shot." Now those comment may be completely innocent and not at all out of place given the subject of the remarks, but then again they could just as well be saying the quiet part out loud, like an inside joke.

"Look back there, see all the cameras. Its Fake News. All of it. And you know what? They're killers."
