Listening to the the morning news today there was a headline about a “fungal infection” outbreak in our area called Valley Fever. The claim is that this outbreak is being caused by “warming temperatures” and could “spread nationwide”. For any of you who have been watching the HBO miniseries called “The last of us”, the premise revolves around a global pandemic that is caused by a fungus due to global warming. You can’t make this shit up!

Apparently the fungus can infect the heart causing heart failure and death.
The cynical side of me says (((they))) are laying the groundwork to say THIS is the cause for the sudden spike in heart problems among the populations. That and having strong coffee in the morning or walking too fast across campus or catching the common cold, etc. etc. etc.
Stop noticing things!
...that is convenient...
...doggy winks...
Predictive programing / reviling the method .
Valley fever has been around for a long time. Worries of it expanding have also been around for a long time. There’s nothing to make up
“There’s nothing to make up”
What the hell are you talking about handshake? I ever said anything was “made up”.
“The reality is so bizarre, ironic, or comically coincidental as to be unbelievable.” That’s what the phrase you can’t make this shit up means. The reality is that valley fever is nothing new, it’s a known fungal infection. What parts are you saying are unbelievable, that it’s in Arizona? Words have meaning fren, my handshake doesn’t negate that.
That they’re now reporting it on the news in the same manner that a “fungal pandemic” in the new HBO miniseries describes a “fungal pandemic outbreak”. Some would call it “predictive programming”. And besides, this news broadcast was in Northern California, not Arizona.
I would call it viral marketing. If there’s a conspiracy with this particular issue, it’s that HBO or it’s parent company(s) are paying websites to push fearporn about a decades old fungal infection. It worked perfectly with you, you saw something on it, and connected it right to the show then mentioned the show, promoting it.
You can call it whatever the hell you want to call it. Others (including some on this thread) call it predictive programming.
You’re free to call every ad campaign/media on the planet predictive programming. I’d recommend using slightly more discernment, but to each their own.
Not me…. others on this thread mentioned predictive programming and I was just pointing it out. You should probably read others comments before making assumptions and coming across as a high brow intellectual asshole. And, given the number of deleted comments by the mods, you’re obviously a shill and perhaps this isn’t the board you should be following. I suggest patriots.win.
...I have a friend who is an agent with the CDC and he has been preaching this for many many years....
Assuming you're in AZ or similar. VF seems to be a real thing, been around a long time. Crap in the soil can be blown into air and find a new moist home in the lungs. Don't mouth breathe in blowing dust.
Not in Arizona, Northern California.
Look, here is the deal...
These things have been around forever and obviously climate change is NOT causing it.
My friend in New England got Rabbit Fever (tularemia) from some kind of insect bite in the fall. His calf was rotting off, black and drooling. Much like Necrotizing fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria). Rabbit Fever is VERY rare in humans unless they are living off the land eating small game. The reason my friends immune system could not fight off the bacteria from a bug bite is because he is triple jabbed and boosted.
I bet you a million bucks that 90% of the cases of Valley Fever in humans this last 2 years is because they are Jabbed and their immune system is broken.
Valley Fever is NOT infectous, human to human transmission is NOT causing this to spread, neither is Rabbit fever.
This news is FEAR PORN,... No need to worry. Now if Necrotizing fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria) starts spreading, or Haunta virus then you should worry.
One of my relatives almost 100 years ago died of rabbit fever from eating rabbits.
BTW, if you eat a lot of rabbits, you need to find some fat to go with it, as rabbits are super lean. You need the fat to survive.
You can also get sick with pellagra from eating too much corn and not enough other food. Hominy is corn that has been treated with lime to make it more nutritious. That's a stockpile idea.
I live in Arizona… Valley fever have been around for ages. And it hasn’t spread nationwide. Lol anything for the fear porn?
Sure it wasn't jungle fever? Humidity not high enough for that?
It’s everywhere already, it seems. On our trees, even our swing set. It’s killing the trees.
Are you sure it is that particular fungus killing your trees? I have a fungus that attacks my cherry trees, use copper sulfide powder on it to kill it. Have lost some trees though, a few dreary days and that fungus can get everywhere FAST. It is not Valley fever tho. Also, My neighbors were constantly having mosquito squad spraying to kill ticks, and ALL her trees died from the poison, her husband died from it too and the nice neighbor lady. The shit is NASTY, and will aggravate medical conditions. Oh and all my bee hives,... dead. Never had a problem with my bees until then.
That’s disastrous!
Thank God she moved last year! New neighbors have kids and are awake and do not want to poison their kids!
Doesn't copper kill trees?
The fungus I am talking about is called "Black Knot". So if you apply it directly to the fungal tumor (the black knot), which is no longer the tree, you may have a chance to save the rest of the tree.
