There a second one over So America as of news this morning. Why dont we send one or two balloons up over E Asia and see how long they are allowed to operate. For 'science.'
Use hydrogen instead of helium. When they shoot it down it will actually explode instead of just pop.
Sauce - when I was stationed in Turkey my friends and I used to go into town and buy balloons from street vendors. They were hydrogen-filled, and instead of a ribbon to hold onto they tied yarn on them. There was nothing quite as funny as lighting the yarn on fire and letting the balloon drift away, and waiting for the big boom.
K so pardon my confusion, but how many balloons are there?
