I did a Google image search of the face behind Obamas's shoulder, and part of the suit was in the screenshot. Google completely ignored the face and only showed Trump wearing the blue suit in the results.

It's Q-like, in a way, a message of illusions and relationships and puzzles. Maybe Q even drew on some of this, like Alice and the arrows.
