There's a reason people use only manure from grazing animals, like horses and cows. You never, ever use manure from meat-eating animals.
I understood that the romaine lettuce problems, while hinted to have been from bad hygiene of the harvesters, was actually from human product (unsure if poop or that horrific full body composting) being used in the fields.
Spez: but yes we can compost, with the right blends of organic matter, but it's a process and takes logic, adjustments and diligence. Not sure that pantyfa could handle all that science.
Fertilizer from meat-eating organisms is always too acidic to be used safely.
On top of that, any stool that comes from an animal that consumes meat has bacteria that can break down flesh. If those bacteria starve, they have the capacity to become very dangerous to anything composed of flesh, which humans are.
People who compost their own food waste know not to toss raw chicken and beef in with the compost pile. You'll end up with flesh-eating bacteria which can really ruin your day if you get some in your brain.
These people are flirting with disaster. Human waste is not safe fertilizer.
You'll also end up with vermin, like rats, if you attempt to compost meat.
They'll just use this as an argument for compulsory vegan diets.

I was shocked last summer when I went to buy compost from our local lumber yard; they offered human compost to me as a cheaper alternative to regular compost. I said "yuck", no thanks.
It was probably milorganite. Works wonders in the yard, but it’s definitely an odd product. Although probably safe for gardening, I would probably opt for a non human option.
Here in Europe it has traditionally been used in all small farms and home gardens. Yes, needs composting. Also, urine was a traditional, valuable leather prepping and textile colouring supply. Time to return to roots?
Chickens will eat animal protein, they are cannibals, chicken manure has to be aged and composted or else it will burn the plants. The chinese do use human waste .it is also where lots of virus occur. If you have an outdoor outhouse, you have to lime the shit out of it (pun intended), and NOT put it on your gardens. Human feces also will have any medications or hormones or antibiotics in it. No thanks.
South Koreans used human waste as well. Saw it when I was there decades back.
Human poop is already manure. Don't use it in your garden though. The Japanese use it for some things and call it "night soil". Look it up if you want. I think it goes through a long process.

2: Yes, you can use human shit & pee. But you have to age it & compost it to get any pathogens, chemicals, or medicines out of it. You can’t just go shit in the field.

Cats are already doing a great job of it. And any kind of manure needs to be composted before putting on plants.

The book actually covers worms in great detail. Ch 13. Read for free at the url in the lower right. But no mention of toxoplasmosis. The composting process is said to degrade most pathogens including pharmaceuticals.
Still better than Monsanto/Bauer fertilizers
