Not plausible. The Kiev regime is categorizing a lot of dead as "missing in action" (MIA) in order to avoid paying the families the death benefits. Honest reporting would increase their killed-in-action count. The Russians collect the bodies for honorable disposition. The numbers went beyond counting months ago.

They're abducting men off the street. If it's indeed real, I wouldn't be surprised if they start going after the physically and mentally disabled.
