My best mile was 5:10 and I was practically sprinting the entire time, and I was in peak condition (for me) at the time. I’d absolutely LOVE to watch the push-ups too 🤣
Not a chance in hell. I'm mid fifties, 5'9" and 175 lbs and now back in good physical condition from near daily exercise the last year and half after a heart attack. My best run thus far was 3.5 miles in 30 min - that's a ~8.4 min mile. Xiden can't even walk up the stairs or ride a bike without falling. This has to be a joke.
My twin friends in high-school ran 5:30 miles at the age of fifteen. They would sprint the whole thing, it was wild. At the end they weren’t even breathing hard. Then there was me, lucky to hit an 8 minute mile and was completely out of breath. They were the type of kids who ran 10 miles just for the fun of it before going to school.
I was never fast but in college a group of us would run a 3 mile loop in the evening. The goal was to break 20 minutes. I did it once. Felt like I was flying that night.
There is no way in hell that old fart did a 5 min mile.
A non-competitive, relatively in-shape runner usually completes one mile in about 9 to 10 minutes, on average.
If you're new to running, you might run one mile in closer to 12 to 15 minutes as you build up endurance.
Elite marathon runners average a mile in around 4 to 5 minutes.
Just more Biden bullshit!
My son was a long distance runner for many years he averaged between 5-6 mins. per mile, training daily.

Same here, my best was around the 7-8 min mark. At the time I was a mean, green, fighting machine and pretty fit.
