Dioxins are highly toxic and ubiquitous compounds that are unintentional by-products of several chemical processes on earth. According to the earth pollutant terminology, they are next to the nuclear catastrophes. It is because of their concerns over adverse health effects, a number of countries have introduced stringent emission standards.
“Burning vinyl is the most serious source of dioxin in the environment – whether from trash incinerator, house fires or chemical spills”, -- Eric Coppolino, writing for Planet Waves FM – Chiron Return.
”There are no coincidences in the universe, only convergences of Will, intent, and Experience” – Neale Donald Walsch

That's right! I forgot about this. Quite the lawsuits there. How many ended up dying from that?
This is a point of discussion that is worth more exposure.
Here’s my question, someone said the cars did not rupture, if that is true, or even if some did not leak, why did they not siphon them off into another empty car? Hazmat teams have suits to wear that would protect them. Why did DeWine and Shiparo sign off on the burn? This is highly suspicious, and needs to be looked into.
My questions are:
Who purchased the toxic chemicals?
What was the destination?
Who's name is on the invoice?
It appears to me the destination was exactly where they ended up.
They were upset the cars did not rupture. They had to complete the task of this planned attack. Their excuse that the tanks would explode and send shrapnel all over was a total lie. The type of steel used for the tanks would rupture not produce shrapnel because it is a soft steel. If there was a pressure issue, the tank would have a pressure release valve. If the chemicals can't be release, there are special tank requirements.
The official 'excuse' is that the cars got to 130 degrees and were a threat of exploding. Without having any of the on-the-ground facts, it's hard to assess whether this is true or not. Was it over-reaction? I don't know. I just know burning vinyl chloride is the last resort. They dug pits to drain the VC into them and once that was completed, they lit it on fire. Certainly, digging the ditches took time. So, your scenario sounds plausible. Why not pump the VC in a series of container trucks while isolating and mitigating the fire? Was there a lack of backup? Personnel? Procedure?
They WERE going to drain the cars into an UNLINED pit in the ground...plan A was just as fucked as plan B
