I don't know this woman, but I will say the black conservatives I know are probably the most courageous people I know. It's like they feel compelled to speak up, even though they often get nothing but grief from their fellow blacks. I don't know that this woman is conservative, but if she's on the left, even more reason to appreciate that she is willing to speak the truth, as so many on the left seem not to even know what truth is.
Who do I hear? Typcially, middle class whites. More so than I hear Asians or Indians or any other 'group' speak up for blacks. And of course, the black influencers themselves, like black athletes, black celebrities and Al and Jesse.

the problems that plague the Black community, will have to be faced & called out by those in the black community. first, they need to get a hold of their family structure & they need to obliterate their plantation owners like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton & Maxine Waters.
they've had this wall placed around them by these people, tricking them into thinking white people don't care about them, so they lash out at those they are told hates them. it's division.
it's in the best interest for white people, that they get along with black people. that their children can grow up safely & healthy. the same goes for blacks.
it's in all our best interests to work & live together.
as with most instances in life, it's the very vocal & very extreme few, that ruin things for the silent majority, who just wish to get on with their lives in a peaceful & safe manner. we have this problem in every community
You will see over time that more Black people will speak out about this. Black people are SCARED to speak the truth.

Most blacks are about common sense.
The biggest problem that blacks have is activist groups.
Ask yourself a simple question.
Who do you see speaking up on behalf of blacks the most? Are they poor?
Typically they are influencers with money and platform to maintain.
