Ukraine was not created by Stalin, but rather Lenin transferred bunch of Russian territories to Ukraine (I believe today's Donetsk region), and Ukraine has always been the "base" for the Khazarians who created the Soviet Union in the first place.
I have outlined a theory before that Stalin, infact, went against these Khazarians and the Ukraine in general, and was probably the reason why they pulled the plug on the USSR.
Thanks. Made me look at the Cliff notes of Ukrainian history (https://www.britannica.com/place/Ukraine/World-War-I-and-the-struggle-for-independence). It didn't name any specific person as a trigger (and Lenin died in 1924), but Ukraine looks like it was always the bone of contention among its neighbors in all its history. It's a wonder it exists at all.
Naming your 'country' border lands is kind of funny, isn't it?
Before WWI the western part was part of Austria-Hungary. The eastern part was obviously Russian. Surprise! I mean Odessa was founded by Catherine the Great. Crimea was also taken during her time, from the ottomans.
But the tactics of balkanization, used by the KM, are old and insidious. Convincing people that they are 'different', 'special', 'chosen', etc etc. Division always.
Ukraine is a country Stalin created for some reason that never made a lot of sense. I wonder if it was always a center for nefarious activity.
Crimea was handed over to Ukraine in 1955! https://en.topwar.ru/193978-kak-krym-okazalsja-v-sostave-ukrainy.html Why, because Ukraine and Russia was unified and they did not perceive the future of becoming seperate. The rest is history. Western influence.
Handed over when the Head Honcho of the USSR was Kruschev who was...'ukrainian'.
(that ethnicity is made up)

Lenin, not Stalin.

It literally means border lands.
